Raymon Lacy

Growth marketing

A restless imagination.Quite a bit of machinery.

I’m Raymon, a growth marketer who connects the story people see with the systems that carry it forward. I build campaigns, learning journeys and account programs, with a clear idea of who they’re for, what should happen next, and how to get the moving parts to behave.

Ten years across demand generation, lifecycle & account-based marketing.

Give Sales a better way into the account.

I built Bitwarden’s first account-based and sales-assisted motion alongside its product-led business, from segmentation and creative to the seller handoff.

02 / Semgrep / Paid strategy & agency leadership

Costs were falling. I chose to invest.

I led paid acquisition strategy and the Revenu partnership, setting campaign and investment priorities. In nonbrand and competitor Search, I increased investment as signup costs improved; Revenu handled media buying, optimization and page tests.

A little about me

There’s usually
another layer.

A little mischief in a well-made sentence. An intricate program that feels like an obvious next step.

I’m drawn to a strong point of view, a good question, and the moment a complicated idea becomes something another person can actually use.

That’s part of what I love in fantasy, music and comedy: a world with its own logic, a well-timed surprise, and a story that welcomes you in.

I stay close to the work: the line someone reads, the choice they face, and what happens after they say yes.

Grail Giants / My sneaker resale brand

A world built
around a pair.

A basketball shoe can carry a player’s legacy, a musical reference, or the color that wakes up an entire outfit. Grail Giants is where that pull became a brand and a business for collectors in size 13 and up.

My point of view shows up in the product storytelling, visual direction, pricing decisions and systems behind the sale.
